GENERAL TERMS & CONDITIONS
1. General
1.1. These Terms and Conditions (“T&Cs”) shall be the official source of reference for any complication/dispute related to the use of Megadice.com, our service, or Software. All Games played on Megadice.com are subject to these T&Cs. You are responsible for reading these T&Cs carefully and ensuring you understand them. If you do not agree, you should refrain from using the Website.
1.2. Megadice.com is operated by 3-102-939604 Limitada. Megadice.com is licensed and regulated by the Tobique Gaming Commission.
1.3. 3-102-939604 Limitada is here referred to as “Company”, “We”, “Us”, or “Our”. The Player or registered User shall be referred to as “You”, “Yours”, “End User”, “Account Holder”, or “the Player”, as appropriate.
1.4. We reserve the right to amend these T&Cs at any time without prior notice.

1.6. In case of discrepancy between the English version of the T&Cs and any translated version, the English version shall prevail.
1.7. Any native digital tokens and any staking features offered on this platform are provided as ancillary ecosystem services and are not authorized, regulated, or supported by the Tobique Gaming Commission.
1.8. Loot boxes are prohibited under the TGC license; players may only receive the cash equivalent of prizes, and no actual items will be granted.
2. My Account
2.1. To play real money games, you must open an account. If you register or deposit using BankID or any similar verification method, you authorize us to receive your personal details from that system to create your Player Account.
2.2. The minimum age to register is 18 years old.
2.3. Players residing in countries not listed on the registration page cannot open an account.
2.4. We reserve the right to prohibit persons from certain jurisdictions from opening an account.
2.5. Employees, executives, managers, directors, consultants, agents, affiliated companies, providers, or anyone with access to inside information cannot participate in Games during their term of employment/engagement
2.6. Only one account per person is allowed (one name, one account, one IP address). Multiple accounts are strictly forbidden and will be closed immediately.

3. Account Verification
3.1. Accounts must be verified for age, fraud prevention, payment processing, and other compliance purposes.
3.2. To withdraw, you must provide copies of:

- A utility bill (gas, electric, water, landline phone – max 3 months old) showing name/address matching your account
3.3. Additional authorization forms or documents may be requested.

4. Deposits
4.1. Minimum deposits are required to place bets. Deposits may be made through various payment providers.
4.2. Only your personal credit/debit card or payment method may be used. The name on the payment method must match your account name.
4.3. Deposited funds will appear in your account within a reasonable time after confirmation.
4.4. We may request proof of payment at any time.

4.6. No credit is granted for play. No interest will apply to delays in withdrawal processing.
5. Withdrawals
5.1. Payout requests may be made from your available balance if all conditions are met.
5.2. Withdrawals will, where possible, be processed using the same method as the deposit.
5.3. Withdrawals must be made to an account registered in your name.
5.4. Bonus funds and unfinished games cannot be withdrawn.
5.5. Minimum withdrawal: €25.
5.6. Minimum withdrawal via Bank Transfer: €100.
5.7. Processing time: 1–3 business days (after document verification).
5.8. Verification must be fully completed before withdrawal. Additional certified IDs may be requested.
5.9. Withdrawal processing fees may apply and will be shown during the request.
5.10. Withdrawal limits:

(VIP players may have higher limits. Progressive jackpot wins are exempt.)
5.11. Winnings of €100,000+ may be paid in 10 monthly installments (10% each).
5.12. Deposits not tied to a bonus must be wagered at least once before withdrawal. Suspicion of fraud/money laundering may result in forfeiture and account closure.
6. Restricted Player Groups
Players from the following countries may not register or play for real money:

7.7. Providing false information will result in cancellation of registration and forfeiture of winnings.

12. Limitation of Liability
