How do Lootboxes work?
A lootbox contains a list of items which can be won. Once you purchase a lootbox you will randomly win an item from that box. All items have their own probabilities meaning that items with higher probabilities have a higher likelihood of being won. For example an item with 20% probability has 2x the chance to be won compared to an item with 10% probability.
Can I use my casino balance to buy lootboxes?
Yes. Your main account balance can be used both for casino play and lootbox purchases.
Can I sell the lootbox items back?
Yes, every lootbox item can be sold back to Megadice if you don't want to take ownership of it.
Usually the cashback option pays you up to 90% of the original value of the item won.
Can I use bonus funds to buy lootboxes?
No - only real money can be used to purchase lootboxes.
Are there any countries that you don't support?
We support all countries where Megadice site is available.
I live in a little known country - can I still get the won Lootbox items shipped to me?
Yes - we ship worldwide.
In some cases we might contact you to find on online store near you that we can use to purchase the item if it is not available in one of the service providers we use for fulfillment.
In extreme cases where we won't find an online store that ships to your country - we will pay you the amount of the item won.

Where can I see my won items?
All items you win, including shipped items, cashback, and cash prizes, are visible in the “Items Won” section of the Lootboxes page.
What happens if I don’t choose cashback or shipping?
If you win a lootbox item and do not choose cashback or shipping, the item will be automatically converted to cashback after 6 days.
The cashback amount will be credited to your balance, and no further action is required from you.
What is the difference between cashback and cash prizes?
Cashback is an option where you sell a physical item back to Megadice for money instead of receiving the item.
Cash prizes are real money rewards that are added directly to your balance and do not involve shipping or conversion.
Shipping
How fast are the items that I win sent to me?
We will purchase all won items within 48 hours of you winning them(On business days).
From then on it depends on the online store that we use to purchase the item.
How do I know that an item has been shipped out to me?
The status of an item you selected to be shipped to you changes to "Shipped" in the "Items won" section of the Lootboxes site.
Will I receive a tracking number for my won item?
Yes - we will send you a tracking number for the shipment to your email if it is provided to us by the online store we use for purchasing the item.
